On 11th nov the status changed to issued and got the passport on 16th to bangalore.
It is now saying issued. The status changed to issued on nov 12 and today (nov 13) it has been dispatched.

I went on nov 6th.
Contact the consulate at the end of today. Seems like they are gaining some traction in approvals. Mine got approved just an hour ago!
My status says issued now!
